We are looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Live-In General Assistant to join our team at The Bein Inn Hotel, a 17-bedroom hotel with a bar and restaurant in Perthshire.

This is a varied, guest-facing position covering Front of House, bar and restaurant service, reception and hotel check-ins.

Pay: £13.00 per hour
Live-in accommodation available

The Role

Your duties will include:

* Welcoming guests and providing friendly, professional service
* Checking hotel guests in and out
* Preparing keys and information for arrivals
* Taking payments
* Answering telephone and guest enquiries
* Taking hotel and restaurant bookings
* Serving food and drinks in the bar and restaurant
* Taking orders and providing table service
* Setting up and clearing restaurant tables
* Assisting with breakfast and evening service
* Dealing with guest requests throughout their stay
* Communicating with housekeeping and kitchen teams
* Keeping Front of House areas clean, tidy and presentable
* General duties to assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the hotel

* Reliable and hardworking
* Well presented with good communication skills
* Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
* Organised and able to multitask
* Flexible to work a mixture of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Previous hospitality experience is essential
